Old cliché said
that ‘if you lose some, you gain some” But I don’t believe in it. Every time I hear
this line or come across it. I just jiggle and waggle my head for disapproval or
raise an eyebrow every time I hear this. What are you talking about??? You utter
and exclaim this dreadful line just because to console and relieve the pitiful creature
that lost something. And terribly, I heard this cliché a month ago from my
dear friend. But who's the pitiful creature in this story? she's no other than me.
A month ago, my digital camera was
stolen (I like to think that I just misplaced or kept it somewhere that it
would be very much impossible to find it)
This camera , I am very much happy to use and abuse with all my travels and
personal use. It’s a Sony digital camera
, Big LCD screen, high resolution , not to mention it’s a Touch screen camera ,what
you see in the screen is what you get, it will give you less time baffling over
the usual buttons of a camera. Blah .. blah… blah… boo…hoo….hoo.. Never mind, No
point of crying over spilt milk. What can I do? It’s now gone! Lost and nowhere
to be found. I just wish it’s with the good hand.
At the present, I got over it, it’s
totally okay with me now that I lost my camera. I don’t have to
elaborate the sorrow
and agony experience that i've been through, however for those camera
whores and addicts, who love taking
tons and tons of pictures, you know exactly how it feels to lose your
beloved
camera. I’m happy now really. And the old cliché “If you lose some, you
gain
some” I officially not a hater of it anymore. Hahaha! You know Why? My
friend is right, you lose some to gain way for something bigger than
that or for better things, to gain something more valuable than the recent one. (this also applies with relationship thingy or darn case of the X'es) okay, because Just this
week, my dad bought me a new car. *winks* I lose my camera, in exchange I got a
new car? Ha ha.. Not bad eh? Hahaha….in the end Good people always deserve good rewards!
