 We watched Nanny Mcphee .... if you' want me to rate it.. hm... letme see... The movie deserves an "A"! on my vocabulary that means.... " Ah.... ok na..." hahaha! the movie trailer was plain boring, the movie posters scattered around the metro was not even quite inviting to watch. the only reason we watched the movie, becooozz it's the only movie perfectly available to our time. the movie we really like to watch is V for Vendetta, heard a lot of raves from movie critics. too bad we arrived late at Ayala *urgh, we missed the 7:40pm scheduled start of Vendetta* since we don't want to wait couple of hours for the last movie screening for the day we opt to watch Nanny Mcphee....
honestly, as what ive said earlier, the movie is "ah... ok na..." It's not a pee-wee-wee-boo-hoo-hoo movie... you know the type you want to snore in the middle of the movie and negatively remark everything in the movie.... hehehe! i like it... THINK kids that were brats eventually became goodie-goodies, Nanny with a magic , that is no other than Nanny Mcphee *brilliant performance of emma thompson clap..clap...* dad looking for a new wife then met a disaster one, the kids joined forces to kick this disaster wife out of their life, very cute baby that can utter simple words and repeat after you *the baby is soo cute especially when he said poopz hahaha*, humorous, witty, not too dramatic, not too heavy.....a lot of lessons,great memorable lines and family values...
it's the kind of sunday movie your daddy and mommy did bring you to the movie house somewhere in cubao or recto back then when you were still a whiner... maybe that was like 10-15 years ago?
