I get teary-eyed earlier when finally LaSalle won,
After all the obstacles we’ve been through how could we forget the scar that tore our hearts with the 2005 Player ineligibility scandal. Anyway this season wasnt even easy for us. Honestly I thought, our team was a far cry from winning the crown this season against UE solid standings of 14 wins -0 lose.

Then came the finals, we won the first game, I also thought it was just our sheer luck for winning one point edge!





then the second game and the judgment day! LaSalle stunned and for some “appalled” everyone by winning this UAAP season.
that made me one proud Lasalyano.


I envy those students currently enrolled in Lasalle.
I can’t imagine how big and fun-filled party they will organize.
Before, our soccer field was filled with piles and piles of Pizza boxes from one corner to another. Lots of food that you couldn’t breathe anymore from eating. With live bands playing , people cheering their team.. cheering for their school.. shouting “Animo!” Hugging fellow Lasallians! Laughing and exulting the triumph! the sweet victory!
